The necklace is cute; I liked the design and asked my husband to order it for me as a token New Year's gift.
The box it came in was cheaply made, coming apart at the seams. Necklace was not secured inside and it took me a good 15 minutes to untangle the chains.
Now on to the main issue and the reason for 1 star. Despite the order being placed on 12/24 to arrive in time to be gifted on 12/31, and the site clearly states orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days - this one got delivered Jan 3rd. 3 days after New Years Eve, 10 days after the order was placed. A tad too late to be my gift. Call me frustrated. Customer service is strictly via e-mail, and honestly, despite the pretty name "Concierge" - they are useless.
This was such a frustrating experience that absolutely turned me off to the brand.
Not worth it, when I did not receive my gift on time I have found other options equally as beautiful and meaningful.
Judith Ripka experience is horribly disappointing.
